Hier wohnten über Jahrhunderte Fischer, Lotsen und Kapitäne. Das maritime Rotsteinhaus mit insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen liegt direkt am Nordseedeich, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Krabbenkutterhafen Fedderwardersiel und dem Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer (UNESCO Weltnaturerbe). Die Lotsenwohnung hat ein ganz besonderes und einmaliges Flair mit Wohlfühleffekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der offene sonnige Wohnbereich mit Ostfriesensofa und gemütlichem Essplatz sowie vollständig eingerichteter Küche ist der großen Sonnenterrasse mit freiem Blick über die Marsch zugeordnet. Besonders schön ist es, abends den Sonnenuntergang auf der mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestatteten, windgeschützten Terrasse hinter dem Haus zu genießen.
